Miami, FL - BannaStrow's, the South Florida-based gourmet crepe chain, is continuing its expansion and will open its first store in Las Vegas, NV. The Las Vegas location is expected to be the first of several stores located throughout the state. "We have always planned to aggressively expand the BannaStrow's franchise operation, and began earlier this summer with our first US store outside of Florida," said Diego Sardi, president of BannaStrow's. "Las Vegas is a natural market for our restaurants. We have been looking for the right retail group to work with, and found them in Michael Cannelis and Miguel Flores." The first BannaStrow's store in Las Vegas will be located in The Regal Village Square on the corners of Sahara and Durango and will be the first crepe food company in the area. Las Vegas is one of the fastest growing markets in the country and Michael and Miguel are anticipating opening two additional locations in the next 18 months. "We're excited to bring the BannaStrow's operation to Las Vegas," said Michael Cannelis. "We anticipate identifying our second location shortly, and plan to be the leading crepe chain in Las Vegas in the next five years."
