Once BNF sells a franchise, BNC works directly with the new Franchisee and offers construction management services. While some Franchisees are familiar with the construction process - permits, architect, general contractor, etc. - most are unfamiliar with the process. For the Franchisee who does not have experience in managing a construction project, BNC will act as an owner's representative and oversee the entire construction process.
